Registration Rates
**You MUST be registered for the conference in order to purchase ticket to attend off-site events. One fee covers ALL off-site events on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 (9:00 am – 6:00 pm): Afterschool for All Challenge Capitol Hill Rally, Congressional visits, DC program site visits, and DC partner events. NOTE: Some events take place simultaneously. Transportation included.
How to Register by Mail?

Step 2: Save the registration form to a retrievable location on your
computer.
Step 3: Complete form in its entirety. (Note: Incomplete forms cannot be processed.)

Once your registration has been received and processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you with receipt of payment.
Note
*All payments must be received by the special rate deadline to receive all early rates. Any registration with outstanding payments by the deadline will be moved into the next registration rate category.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing by March 26, 2010 and are subject to a $50 administrative fee. Refunds will not be processed after March 26, 2010. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellation anytime.
